Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institute and five (5) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment OR Bachelor’s or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and three (3) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Five (5) year of combined experience in Capital equipment and/or Facilities project management in a private, public, government or military environment Prior experience with webline, extrusion, material handling, or inspection equipment Team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment Proficient user of typical business, office, and technical software for tasks such as spreadsheet computation and/or project presentation/scheduling Work Location: Work location: New Ulm, MN Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/International Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.
